As Owner & Founder, Tyler holds ultimate authority over the Emirates Group Roblox brand and its assets. He sets the long-term vision, approves major strategic moves, and ensures every project aligns with EGR’s values, safety standards, and community expectations.
The Chairman leads the board, sets its agenda, and ensures effective oversight of strategy and risk. Kareem works closely with the Owner & Founder and President & CEO to balance ambition with realism and long-term sustainability.
The Vice Chairman supports the Chairman in leading the board, chairs delegated committees, and helps coordinate reviews of key projects, alliances, and reforms across the EGR network.
The President & CEO leads group-wide operations, turns strategy into actions, sets performance targets, and is accountable to the Board for service quality, community reputation, and the stability of all EGR divisions and subsidiaries.
As Chairwoman of Fly Dubai, Ash provides strategic oversight of the Fly Dubai virtual airline within the group, ensuring subsidiary performance, safety, and guest experience remain aligned with EGR standards and policies.
The Chief of Administration manages internal processes, policy records, and administrative support for the Board and executive team. Ibaad coordinates cross-department workflows and keeps internal operations organised and traceable.
The Executive Assistant supports the Owner, Board and President & CEO with scheduling, briefing packs, official correspondence and meeting logistics, keeping leadership decisions timely and clearly documented.
The Office of the President & CEO brings together functional leaders responsible for people, safety, strategy, technology, commercial performance and training across Emirates Group Roblox.
Oversees recruitment, promotions, conduct and disciplinary processes as well as legal and policy compliance. William ensures staff management reflects group values and Roblox platform rules.
Will lead internal and external communications, including announcements, social media tone, crisis messaging, and media relations. Until appointed, major communications are coordinated directly by the Office of the President & CEO.
Leads long-term planning, growth initiatives and group-wide reforms. Kayden evaluates new subsidiaries, alliances and projects, advising on how to evolve EGR’s network and community experience.
Will manage budgets, investor benefits and financial planning for group projects and assets. While vacant, financial decisions are overseen directly by the President & CEO with Board oversight.
Will own group-wide safety standards, operational audits and compliance with Roblox rules, alliance policies and internal regulations. Responsibilities are currently shared across line management and the Office of the President & CEO.
Leads technical platforms for the group, including Roblox experiences, infrastructure and web systems. Marios sets development standards and ensures technology supports realistic and stable operations.
Manages route strategy, event planning, partnerships and brand campaigns across EGR and its subsidiaries. Hani focuses on community growth and engagement.
Will oversee daily operations, including flights, hubs, staffing and service delivery. Until appointed, operational decisions are coordinated through the President & CEO and division leaders.
Leads training programmes, academies and development pathways. Theodore designs standards and assessments to keep staff skills, realism and service quality consistent across the group.
