The Organisation expressly disclaims any official relationship with real-world airlines, corporations or governmental entities.

7.2 Confidentiality obligations: Staff and contractors must sign confidentiality agreements when given access to Restricted or Confidential Information. Obligations continue post-termination where legally permissible.

VIII. Disciplinary Procedures & Appeals

8.1 Investigation and sanctions: Allegations are investigated by authorised personnel. Sanctions range from warnings to permanent expulsion. In cases involving criminal conduct the Organisation will cooperate with authorities.

8.2 Appeals: Affected parties may appeal decisions within 14 days. Appeals are reviewed by an independent Appeals Board whose decision is final.

IX. Partners, Sponsorships & External Relations
