As the Owner & Founder and former Chief of the Board (CoTB), I am the architect of the Emirates Group Roblox vision. My focus is on driving the strategic direction of our organization and ensuring we maintain our position as a leader in the virtual aviation community. From establishing our core values to overseeing our expansion through Vision 2026, I am dedicated to providing a world-class experience for every member of our group.

Position: Chief Human Resources & Legal Officer (CHRLO)

Department: Executive

As the Chief Human Resources & Legal Officer, I am the guardian of our people and our standards. I lead the recruitment, promotion, and support of our staff to ensure a high-performance culture aligned with Vision 2026. Simultaneously, I oversee all legal affairs, enforcing our Terms of Service and Roblox compliance to maintain a fair, secure, and professional environment for the entire Emirates Group.
