Our Governance
EGR operates as a structured organisation led by the Board of Directors and the Executive Board (C‑Suite). Governance exists to protect operational integrity, align divisions, and enforce standards consistently.
Board of Directors
Provides strategic oversight, organisational direction, and accountability for long-term sustainability. The Board ensures alignment to Vision 2026 and approves material changes to the organisational model.
The Board is responsible for governance policy, leadership oversight, and the standards culture that defines the organisation.
Executive Board (C‑Suite)
Leads day-to-day execution, cross-division coordination, and operational readiness. The Executive Board ensures that divisions operate under unified standards, consistent quality expectations, and defined workflows.
Executive leadership is accountable for performance, discipline, and professional conduct across the ecosystem.
Legal, Safety & Compliance
A dedicated framework is published for members to read. Ignorance of regulations is not a valid defence for non-compliance. The framework exists to maintain a professional and secure environment aligned with the organisation’s standards.
